We absolutely love this home, and really had planned it to be our last, but things have changed regarding family and our health issues, and we need to move to a drier climate. THIS HOUSE IS PERFECT FOR A YOUNG FAMILY OR SENIORS WHO ARE RETIRED, or ACTIVE MILITARY. Lots of privacy, quiet, and located on a loop with only local traffic. There is no through traffic. A perfect place to raise your children, OR VISITING GRANDCHILDREN Shopping, with all major grocery stores and mall nearby. New Sports fields, includes 4 baseball fields, soccer fields, basketball and more. Fort Lewis is 10 minutes away. All new interior 6 panel doors including 6 panel fire door to garage from dining room. All bifold doors are 6 panel as well. The only negative here is that when you have a garage sale, nobody comes :) Just no traffic. Which is a good thing. The other thing to note here is that a vast majority of the neighbors have been here since these homes were built.
