Zillow is the Blue Book for Real Estate Values
Friday, February 17th, 2006
If you are thinking about buying a home, refinancing or selling your home, here’s a new Web site from the founders of Expedia.
Zillow.com is being billed as the Kelly Blue Book of real estate. It offers free information on more than 40 million homes across the United States.
All you have to do is enter the home’s address, and the site will show you how much the home is worth. If you’ve just updated your kitchen or added another bathroom to your home, the site will show you what your home is worth after the renovations.
The site will also show satellite views of the property and all comparable home sales in an area. Best of all, finding information on Zillow is Free, and does not require anyone to enter any personal information.
InfoTube customer’s report that an e-mail scam artist, Welis Packer, is contacting home sellers. The “Packer” scam artists appear to be part of a father son “team” that target seller’s of homes and cars.
Some Assembly Required. Like the “Breezehouse” pictured, new generation, tech savy architects are delivering top quality, prefab homes to the masses.
