It really depends on the local market, and the how far the fsbo seller is willing to go. So many people believe they can slap a for sale by owner sign in the yard, and sell their home. There are those people that just need a real estate agent. Maybe they are not comfortable showing their home to strangers, etc.

I saw your press release about a “September 2008 Consumer Report” study that shows how home sellers are better off selling without an agent.

Unfortunately, I did not see a link to this study in the your press release, so I’m left searching for the study. Do you have a link to it or perhaps a copy? I’d love to read the study.

This is a great study to follow. There are tons of studies about how much sense it makes to work with a Realtor. Those all seem to be paid for by Realtor groups.

It is great to see a study that is from an independent, well respected, publication like Consumer Reports. Thanks for the info.
