		<description>Well, if there is algae, there likely isn&#039;t chlorine in the pool. Hence the reason the plecos are needed. Put the fish in, and you don&#039;t have to spend &quot;thousands of dollars in upkeep&quot; chlorinating and otherwise chemically treating the water. Plus, they don&#039;t really die that easily. I&#039;ve had mine for only a little over two months and it has tripled in size.</description>

		<description>they wouldn&#039;t last long in chlorine waters as dense as a swimming pool!! maybe don&#039;t put the chlorine in while they are in?!? they are very sensitive fish and die fairly easy.</description>
