If you are planning to reposition to Dallas, you will also feel happy on knowing that the cost of living is 7% below the national average, consequently making this region an affordable place to describe home. In addition to this, recent job growth in Dallas has been also positive and illustrates 2.08% increase with an unemployment rate below the national average. So no speculate that Dallas homeowners are still requesting top dollar for their homes.

Fact:  Realtor.com receives more home buyer traffic each month than the next 5 largest real estate websites combined.
Fact:  Home sellers can not place their own home listings on Realtor.com for any price.
Fact:  If your home is not advertised on Realtor.com, you are missing the vast majority of home shoppers.

Answer:  FSBO's can list their property on Realtor.com and sell it themselves, through Why6Percent.com.  Why6Percent.com offers owners a Realtor.com Showcase listing with multiple photo's for one flat fee of $299.  And, the listing never expires.  Your home will remain on Realtor.com until it Sells or you Cancel the Listing.

Huh   No one will buy your home if they don't know it's For Sale.  Call 1-800-381-9496 or visit www.why6percent.com Today.   Hurry, you're missing Sales!!!

The tax credit for first time home buyers has been extended through 2010.  The housing bill also includes step up buyers who have owned a home for 5 years.
