The addition was constructed in 1999 which is the oldest roof area. Also, at this time the old electrical fuse box was replaced with a switch box. The original house was roofed in approximately 2003 with architectural shingles. In 2006 the hall bath & master ensuite were gutted to the wall studs and completely remodeled and plumbing updated. In 2009 the kitchen was gutted and wall removed between the kitchen and family room. Renovation included installing can lights in both areas and hardwoods in the kitchen stained to match the family room. This past fall some facsure boards were replaced and the exterior painted.
