HVAC units replaced February 2017 with new Puron coolant systems, because freon is being phased out. Old units worked fine - replacements were to take the burden off the new homeowner. Same with the water heater. 40 gallon unit worked fine, but would have needed replacing in 5-7 years. A 50 gallon water heater was installed in Feb. 2017 as an amenity for the buyer. 3 large overhead racks were professionally installed in garage to add storage space. Property is in top condition due to regular service and maintenance. Home is served by a number of providers, including Arrow Exterminating (termite & pest control), Sprinkles (irrigation system), King Green (fertilizer & weed control), Peachtree Service Experts (HVAC), Comcast (cable, phone, internet & home security) and Waste Management (trash & recycling).
