Storage space in attic. Lots of storage shelves in garage. Sauna in garage does not convey, but new owner may purchase it if still available at closing. Whole house attic fan. Garage 26 x 19 (1 double door, 1 single door). This has been a most comfortable home for us. The flower beds and flowering crepe myrtles add colors throughout the growing seasons. Most all the flowers are perennials. Black raspberry vines and strawberry beds have been very productive. Vegetable beds have provided sweet potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, onions and squash (and okra and peas--the latter coming up volunteer every spring)! Songbirds (and woodpeckers...and hummingbirds) flock to feeders just outside the kitchen window. The fenced back yard gives real privacy--and keeps varmints from the garden!
