Property sits up high to the back of a horse farm so view is excellent and with an access driveway out back there can either be an inground pool easily installed or a back parking lot if you have several children as we did driving. Neighbor just completed a separate garage out back which is another possibility. Upon an agreed amount I will have the house freshly painted inside and out, new carpet installed on the stairs and set fresh mulch by a set closing date. All kitchen appliances are less than 4 years old; they have been upgraded to stainless steal finish. All bedrooms have ceiling fans with light kits and all bedrooms have nice closet space. The master even has a window in it as well as the front bedroom upstairs; it has 2 windows. All available space is used wisely in this conventional designed home. I am relocating for work but am in no hurry to move my family. We have raised 5 children in this home for the past 10 + years and it has been good to us along with the wonderful neighbors in this subdivision.
