Q. I had an ad on your old website but Where is my ad now?
A. In order to better serve our customers, as of November 2019, we have made significant upgrades to our website and all customers that had active listings within the year prior were notified via two direct email campaigns, pop ups on our website, and prompts after login on the ad screen.
Included in the upgrades were vital and necessary security updates that no longer allow us to store personal information on our servers. We have found over the years that we want to offer our customers the best product we possibly can and we took great thought into simplifying the user experience, upgrading our security features, and tracking online website traffic data, while still allowing our customers the ability to print a flyer directly from our website. Q. Why is my photo flipping sideways when I upload it in create a flyer?
A. Please make sure that you are following specifications located neach photo upload block for accurate dimensions and orientation. Photos should be in landscape mode and correct resolution for the location you are uploading it to.
